It is absolutely crucial that the Public Notice submitted in support of your O Licence application is absolutely correct.

If there are any mistakes or the incorrect template has been used it is unlikely the Traffic Commissioners Office will accept it, leading to delays and additional costs.

Make sure:

  • You have the correct template for the application.

  • Make sure the Newspaper used covers the postcode of the Operating Centre.

  • Double check the addresses and postcodes

  • Ensure the correct number of vehicle spaces required are shown along with any trailers needed.
