Disciplinary process

It is important that you have a Disciplinary process in place and that your Drivers have a copy and are aware of the content.

Should you receive a DVSA inspection your Operator Licence could be at risk if you cannot demonstrate that a disciplinary process is in place.

As a bare minimum the document should cover Drivers Hours infringements, Daily Walk Around Checks (DDR) and load security.
